Erica Arcos
Office Coordinator

Erica Arcos is an Office Coordinator for Sun Health Center for Health and Wellbeing where she assists clients in registering for services and assists in insurance verification and billing. Erica is an Arizona native and has been working in administrative and management roles for many years. She is committed to quality patient care and excellent customer service. She graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an associate’s degree with highest honors.

Susan Casaccio
Licensed Massage Therapist

Susan Casaccio is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel their best!  She moved to Surprise, Arizona from Northern Illinois in August 2016. She attended massage therapy school at Cortiva Institute in Crystal Lake, IL.  Susan has 3 children and tries to spend as much of her free time with them as possible.  She enjoys time outside, hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring everything Arizona has to offer.

JoDee Chenaur

JoDee Chenaur is a licensed acupuncturist who received her Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. She specializes in Acupuncture, Herbs, Tui Na, Qi Gong, Cupping and Tuning Forks.

JoDee lives in Sun City with her husband.

Tracy Garrett - Sun Health Center For Health & Wellness
Theresa (Tracy) Garrett
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator

Tracy is an expert at assessing her clients’ nutrition needs and working with them to create healthier eating plans that are achievable and sustainable. She also teaches a variety of nutrition classes for people at all levels of health, including those with chronic conditions such as diabetes, pre-diabetes and heart disease.

Tracy graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s in food and nutrition science with a chemistry minor. She is certified in adult weight management and personal training and is a designated tobacco treatment specialist through the Arizona Department of Health Services. She enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Susan Welter
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator

Susan is highly skilled at evaluating her clients’ nutrition needs and working with them to create healthier eating plans that are achievable and sustainable. She also teaches a variety of nutrition classes for people at all levels of health, including those with chronic conditions such as diabetes, pre-diabetes and heart disease.

Susan has practiced clinical and community nutrition for more than 15 years in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics and in community health programs, including Sun Health where she served as a community education dietitian from 2002 to 2007. She’s an avid runner who has completed 20 marathons including the Boston Marathon.

Rhonda Zonoozi
Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach

Rhonda develops, implements, and evaluates a wide range of health-promotion activities and educational programs for groups and individuals at the Center.

In her varied career she’s designed and promoted employee wellness programs, done fitness training in a physical therapy clinic and provided education for cardiac rehab patients.

Rhonda earned a bachelor’s in health management from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, with a minor in business administration.

She is a certified exercise physiologist, a certified physical activity in public health specialist, a Matter of Balance master trainer, a Well Coaches certified health & wellness coach, a certified ergonomic assessment specialist II and a tobacco treatment specialist.

Her hobbies include reading, cooking, hiking, and listening to her two sons play guitar.

Rene Kridler
Practice Manager

Rene Kridler serves as Practice Manager for the three locations of the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Rene brings a wealth of experience and in the health care industry including several years as a front office supervisor, an office coordinator and health care services coordinator. She has excellent skills in leadership, communication, problem solving and customer service. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Rene lives with her husband, dogs and chickens in Surprise.

Dr. Arun Lakshmipathy
Medical Director

Dr. Arun Lakshmipathy is the Center for Health & Wellbeing’s medical director. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician whose prior experience includes positions as a hospitalist, medical director and wound care director. He graduated from Kilpauk Medical College, one of the premier government medical institutions in India, in 2001 and completed his residency in internal medicine at Guthrie Clinic in Pennsylvania where he developed a special interest in adult and geriatric medicine. He also serves as program director for Sun Health’s Grandview Terrace Health and Rehabilitation in Sun City West and La Loma Health and Rehabilitation in Litchfield Park.

Jennifer Drago
Executive Vice President of Population Health

As executive vice president of population health, Drago has played a pivotal role in developing and launching several groundbreaking population health-style programs, including the Sun Health Center for Health & Wellbeing, Care Transitions, Community Education and Memory Care Navigator.

Several of these programs have received national recognition for quality and innovation.

Drago has worked in health care for more than 20 years, including stints as an associate administrator for Boswell Memorial Hospital and Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital. She also held the position of vice president of planning services for the former Sun Health hospital system.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance as well as an MBA and a master’s in health services administration, all from Arizona State University. Drago volunteers for several service organizations including chairing the board for Northwest Valley Connect, a nonprofit agency working to improve transportation for seniors.
